Pleasant Precision, Inc. is located in Kenton, Ohio. We occupy a 54,000 square foot state-of-the-art product manufacturing, mold making and molding facility. Our tooling division is set up in a series of lean manufacturing cells to support both our RoundMate® product line and our custom mold building. Our Value Stream Map drives our overall manufacturing processes and how we approach building molds and standard products. Our molding division occupies two manufacturing spaces, one Class 100,000 Clean Room and the other general manufacturing area for our non-clean room production.At PPI we pride ourselves on the appearance of our facilities. Our clean and well lit shop floor provides a safe and productive working environment for all our employees. Providing a positive working environment is essential to the morale of our employees at Team PPI.
Team PPI also jointly operates a location in Pune, India called Filtrum. This facility focuses on the design and engineering development of plastic and metallic components and products. Filtrum has a first class facility with design and engineering capabilities, manufacturing equipment, ATR micro welding technology and high speed polishing equipment.
