Since 1976, Team PPI has been delivering quality injection molds to the plastics industry. The collaboration between our experienced staff, our in-house RoundMate® products and our ability to mold close tolerance parts result in a high standard of service – from the initial concept to full-scale production. Team PPI molding division is dedicated to providing quality parts and meeting customers requirements for processes such as clean room molding, high volume and low volume molding and tool sampling. We utilize our own RoundMate® products for quick change technology and standardization to deliver only the parts that the customer requires.
Our molding group guarantees first class service and quality that exceeds customers expectations for their high-volume molding applications. Our customers high or low cavitation projects are handled by a fully engaged project management team to see that all quality expectations are exceeded. We utilize close tolerance injection molding presses to produce quality, precision parts.
Our molding division also has an advantage of offering our customers in-house, full service tool design and engineering, preventative maintenance and mold repair to keep customers up and running and shorten time to market schedules.
Team PPI offers mold sampling for any new molds built in our facility until the parts meet the customers expectations and requirements. This is a value added service for all Team PPI customers. In addition, we offer R&D services for customers developing new products and require short runs, testing multiple materials, design changes or troubleshooting.
